I looked all around town for a used car and went to maybe 10 places before going out to Derry. Quentin was there to help me with sales and he was great. We had to come back a lot of times and try a lot of cars and he worked with our family really well. They had a good stock of used cars and was very happy compared to any of the other used car services at other big lots.  Everything went off without a hitch and we are happy with the car and sales experience and personal attention from Quintin.

I called to make the appointment to get the oil changed.  Asked how much that would cost and was told $40 plus sales tax.  I sent my wife to pick the car up and was charged $57!  Was told they gave me $10 off the regular price.  67 dollars for an oil change?  Or even 57 dollars for an oil change?  REALLY?!?   I hope it was worth it to you guys.  You lost a loyal customer.

I really loved the customer services that I received from them.  They were and are very personal, and made sure that I was happy and can offered the truck that I wanted.  Tom and Quentin was really awesome and they are professional, polite, respectful, seem to love what they do.  They understand that customer service is key.  

However there was one sales person whom I did not catch his name, he was really tall and skinny guy with a long tan coat.  I am a correctional officer and had on my uniform on as I came in before Work.  He asked were I worked on which I replied.  He then comments about were I Work.  I work in a women’s prison, and he was making comments about them being lonely and that there might be staff there that might hook up with them, if which I replied that we all are professional and that does not happen and he just kept talking about weird things like that and really degrading my profession as a correctional officer.  It creeped me out, made me uncomfortable, and also made me angry.  That sales person needs to be talked to or let go because SHAME ON HIM!!!!

The reason I give Deery 4 starts is because of tom and Quentin and their professionalism,  thank you two for that.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.  I had a unique truck picked out that Deery Brothers had on their lot.  I saw it online, contacted a sales person there and had even started the process of a loan through them.  
The sales guy told me he would have this truck cleaned and pull it up front for me and was aware I would be over right after work.
I called him on my way over and he says, "Hey dude.  Some guy just walked in and bought that truck".  Really????  That is TERRIBLE business.

I called and spoke with a supervisor about this, but I'm almost certain that he was just another sales person there.  He acted like he could care less about the situation.  

There are many Chevy Dealers in the Des Moines area.  I would HIGHLY recommend going to ANY other than Deery. 

Lost my business for life.

We had a great salesman who was knowledgeable and very helpful.  We love our Chevy Silverado we purchased at Deery.
