I had an absolutely wonder experience at Dewey Dodge! I have been looking for a new vehicle for about a little over 5 months now, and let me tell ya, it’s been a stressful and crazy experience! But then I came across this beautiful 2016 Chevy silverado that caught my eye the minute I saw it on their online site! From then on, it was an experience to definitely remember and share! They did everything they could to make sure this vehicle was going to be mine! They stayed on top of things through out there entire process! I couldn’t thank Dewey Dodge and their staff enough for everything they did for me during my car buying experience! I would highly recommend doing business with them, and heck yes I’ll definitely do business again with them in the future as well! Thank you Dewey Dodge and staff!

BAIT AND SWITCH! What an absolute waste of time trying to deal with Dewey Dodge. General sales manager called my husband around 9:30 at night about a particular truck my husband was interested in. My husband gave him the stock #, Chris L said yes, what can he do. Husband asked for his absolute bottom dollar. Chris came back with a figure, husband thought about it a minute, Husband said SOLD. Chris asked when he wanted to pick it up, husband said early in the morning. Chris said great! See you then. Husband asked Chris L to e-mail the price as quoted. Chris L did so. Husband arranged to be dropped off at Dewey. Mind you, husband rescheduled his day to go pick this truck up because Chris said shouldn't take maybe an hour, hour and a half tops. Well, husband shows up and the bait and switch saga begins. They did not have truck in bay yet to be cleaned, detailed, nor had it been fueled etc. Granted, husband was there at 7:45, but after an hour still nothing done. Then sales rep. brought truck up to test drive and go get fuel, takes him out, and the truck will not start, apparently bad battery( on a new vehicle-really?) Should have known that the rest was gonna be downhill then, but no. Sales rep had my husband look it over to see if it was everything he wanted. Husband said that he thought it would work. Well after 3 hrs. of we're so sorry for the delays, and gathering all our info, then the finance manager came out and said he couldn't get to that price quoted by Chris L., and which Chris L had e-mailed to my husband the night before. Husband listened for a bit, saw how they were trying to do 72mos. finance and raise final price. (we were preapproved with our credit union already, and for a shorter term).Upon seeing this, husband said, I guess we're done, got up and walked out. DO NOT FALL FOR BAIT AND SWITCH! RUN FROM DEWEY! Absolute waste of time! And they wonder why car dealers/salesman are despised. Dewey has earned my SCORN!

Christi Adams was a pleasure to work with. We came from out of town 4 hours away and everything was ready to go when we arrived. The fiance gentleman whom I forgot his name was awesome also. He recommend Tasty Tacos for lunch and boy was he right. I do not want to forget Chris the Sales Manager he was able to make a great deal over the phone with out a bunch of hassle, I appreciate that. Thank You Chris. Christi Adams went above and beyond after getting all done we noticed a small crack in a tire she took it to service and they put on a new tire and aligned the vehicle for free to be sure we were safe for out trip home . That is Service. Thank you Christi it was a pleasure and our Son loves his new car

I have bought 3 cars from Dewy and two were from the certified used department and one I bought new with no miles on it. I had awesome service from the certified used department. When I bought my new Chrysler 200s from them the sales person was awesome but after that it was a pain to get anyone to do their job. Then when I was looking at buying a new truck, and trade in my Chrysler 200s which was still in perfect condition and only had 43 thousand miles. They wanted to low ball me on my trade in and only offer me a fraction of what its worth. Then when they worked up the paper work and I got a chance to really look at it, they were trying to take my car basically for free, and worked the numbers as if I would not notice their trick, and how they were basically using me to their advantage is what it felt like. I am no dummy as I have 3 college degrees and was not born yesterday. It seemed that they might have done some sneaky paper work while working the circulations to make people seem that they are getting a good deal, while in reality you are not. I went to a new dealer and let them know what Dewey was doing and they said it seemed a little shady and unethical in their practices. Long story short I got a better deal, straight and forward numbers and how to go about fixing a few things after getting screwed in a previous trade in that I did at Dewey to get the Chrysler 200s, and more truck for the money then what I was going to get a Dewey. I have been a faithful customer at Dewey for 6 years and I feel betrayed and let down. Sorry Dewey never again will I do any business with you.

I have had my 2009 Dodge Grad Caravan in for service several times with Dewey. I have rarely been satisfied with the result. Most recently we needed an outside oxygen sensor and manifold bolts. After having the van for over a week and still waiting on parts, then service tech was sick, then parts again, we took it home. Brought it back a week later when parts were in. Got it back, but the temperature sensor still did not work. Service adviser tells me it needs a new wiring harness, and they can't check the new sensor to ensure it works without the new harness. Apparently they could test the old one with it, or I really didn't need the sensor (which was more expensive). About a month later the transmission failed (covered under the power train warranty). After a week they had it fixed. When we got it home the shifter would not move into Park. Not wanting to get stuck somewhere we took it back. Now the shifter cable needs replaced, apparently not associated with the transmission replacement (yeah right). Fortunately we have the lifetime extended warranty as well, but I keep getting hit with the $100 deductible for all of these additional problems that crop up in conjunction with or as a result of their repairs. Additionally, everytime we bring it in over the last month the service tech does not know we have the extended warranty. How do you not take notes on the vehicles and keep a record of what is done? Still waiting to see how the gear shifter repair works out as it is still at Dewey. If there was a different Dodge dealership within reasonable distance, I would go there.
