After my husband saw how dirty the floors In the kitchen prep area was and saw the clerk touch the money and then while he was making the shakes his finger actually touched the top of the whipped cream inside of the shakes. He spoke to the employee confidentially, who then spoke to the manager. Who then accused him of drinking then we requested a full refund. Need to teach employees proper hygiene practices and how to deal with customers.

Double del burger was extremely over cooked, the bun was dried out. I asked for fresh cooked french fries, i received fries that were sitting in their fry pan for at least 10 minutes and not the first time i received dried out food. Their moto is ""fresh"" food ***i dont think so!!!***

Super busy but handled the lines at the counter and drive through in good time. Super friendly, how as busy as they were I have no idea. Food as it was supposed to be.
