Staff is horrible, doctor must be completely miserable with his life considering how horrible he treats his patients. Went to get 2 of my wisdom teeth removed and came out with all 4 removed, a bruised arm considering how many times he injected me with the needle for anesthesia and moved it around, as well as a tooth shard that he left inside that has prevented me from healing.

Afterwards, While I was crying hysterically to leave to see my mother which they shouldn't have kept from me since I'm a minor, heard the doctor say he couldn't work with a little girl about 8 years old because she was crying too much and he couldn't stand it, no one explained anything to me nor to my mother and they just pushed the small amount of gauze into my hand and walked my drugged ass out of there. Way too unsympathetic.

Please be aware dentist has no heart. Took my 4 year old, no compassion not gentle almost took the new tooth out thinking it was a piece of the fallen one. This man should not be a dentist!!!

If you need a tooth pulled, I would recommend this place. I went yesterday and I didn't even realize my tooth was already out because of how fast they work. Now I see why they are the specialists lol. Wait time wasn't too long, atmosphere was clean and bright. The receptionists are friendly and the nurses are polite. I enjoyed my experience overall.

My insurance was accepted here. I was able to get an appointment right away for the removal of 4 wisdom teeth. 

They only gave me a small amount of gauze to take home. They didn't want to give me Vicodin because they said I needed to wait and just take ibuprofen until I reeeeallly needed it. But I insisted since, well they surgically removed FOUR impacted teeth. 

The front desk girls are nicer than the actual dentist or whom ever it was that injected my arm. They didn't even explain the gist of the procedure to me. They sat me down and shoved an IV in my arm (which is now bruised) and next thing I knew I was waking up from surgery. Even aftercare was explained to all four of the other patients who were pretty much zombies or crying AT THE SAME TIME. So I had to rely on google and the assurance of friends who are nurses. They didn't even explain to me how I needed to take the medicine!!! I figured it out eventually. 

Look, if you're just trying to get it done. Sure. Pick this place. I knew that I could afford the cab home from this spot so that's why I picked it. Overall it's like a conveyor belt of people getting oral surgeries done. Minimal privacy. Minimal everything.

Horrible, avoid this place. A Butchery Shop. Carniceria.
Yesterday, December 14th, my wife brought my 7-year-old son to see the oral surgeon - 5209 Broadway - and it was a CATASTROPHE. 
When I saw his mouth, my will was to do the same for that pseudo-doctor. He definitely does NOT know how to do his profession, mainly with human beings. How do you cut a child without watch the anesthetic effect? Which kind of preparation one may follow when is dealing with a child? 
This TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE should also be to that pseudo-doctor since my son is feeling the pain of the violence and malpractice of this disqualified surgeon. He just cut my son and didn't do anything beyond. He still needing to see a specialist! After doing that butchery, he just rudely said we should find a hospital. Is that acceptable?
My doubt now is whether I'll take this case to Court, to the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, or just the COPS.
