Concept:
Diamonds Direct is a true direct diamond importer, cutting out all the middle man markups. Having buying offices in Israel and India allows us to hand pick only the best diamonds to come to our retail stores. Our focus is owning the right diamonds at the right value. Our selection, education, warranties and guaranties create a no-risk shopping environment that is customer focused and flexible to make sure we maximize the customer’s budget and exceed their expectations.

The team at Diamonds Direct was nothing short of fantastic during the process of getting my fiance’s engagement ring and our wedding rings. Their prices are extremely competitive, even rivaling those of the Military Exchanges, and their customer service is second to none. Terry, Olga (our primary consultant), and Jody were patient, considerate, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to guide us through the process. I am not a fast decision maker and the staff at Diamonds Direct was extremely gracious and understanding in this fact when I was buying my fiance’s engagement ring. I had done a pretty good deal of research on my own beforehand and was very pleased to see that it lined up with everything the staff was telling me- at no time did I ever feel that they were trying to take advantage of me, “up-sell,” or otherwise push something that I didn’t want. After a few trips to the store, I settled on a beautiful cushion-cut loose diamond and opted for an upgraded platinum setting that the team helped me customize to exactly what my fiance wanted. I maxed out my budget, but the consultants never pushed me to go over it, and I am confident (especially after seeing the appraisal vs the price I paid) that it was worth every penny. For the wedding ring shopping (much easier since now my fiance could join me) both the experience and the value we enjoyed were equally fantastic. My now wife had come up with a unique wedding ring idea from a few pictures she had seen, and the team knew that something wasn’t quite right after she had looked at all the in-store options. After showing them the pictures and explaining what she wanted, they unhesitatingly said they could come up with a custom option that met her specifications- we were blown away! I don’t think any other jewelry store would have worked with us like that. For my ring, they walked me through the different options. I was set to go with a platinum band, but Olga had me take a look at the palladium models too and I ended up liking the look and feel of those much better… again, they put the customer ahead of the sticker price. Bottom line… if you are in the market for an engagement ring, wedding ring, or jewelry of any kind, go to Diamonds Direct, ask for Olga, negotiate a great deal with Terry, and find your jewelry store for life - we certainly have.

Very late review, but never forgotte . As for my first diamond ring purchase for my wife, I was very very skeptical at first but never had I witnessed great customer service! Moe and Wendy tailored to my request for the wedding ring style for my wife, she loves the ring! I never witnessed such perfection in an object that you can get a bang for your buck. With the flawless customer support, I introduced my wife to Moe and Wendy while we picked wedding bands and we felt at home in Diamonds direct. We will definitely come back for our periodic ring cleaning and as well for future purchases! Thank you so much Moe and Wendy! We hope to see you two again! :)

My fiancé and I have always had a pleasant experience when at Diamonds Direct. He picked out and designed my engagement ring himself and he said that when doing so, Olga was a great help. We came in during their big winter sale (first weekend of December) and that was a fun experience while we chose our wedding bands (again with Olga). I like that anytime I come in, they will polish and clean my ring for me while I wait. Even my other ring that I wear that isn't from Diamonds Direct. I would recommend Diamonds Direct to anyone who is looking for fine jewelry.

My fiancee and I were skeptical at first and it's a good forty minutes drive but wow we were so amazed! We had Moe and she is soooo amazing she doesn't try to pressure you at all she is very knowledgeable with diamonds and jewelry I was surprised she could guess the size of my ring she also made sure we picked out exactly what we wanted and made us feel like family and friends even hugged us. We love MOE!!! She and the staff are very attentive and warm and ask you if you want a water or coffee great great great I'm still amazed!!!

I had a poor experience when buying mine and my fiance's wedding bands here. We made the mistake of going on the weekend of their big sale to find our bands. Our diamond expert, Lonnie, limited the number of bands we were shown, provided little help, and rushed us into a decision so he could collect his money and move on. When we came back to pick up the rings, I disliked mine and requested to exchange them. Lonnie and I picked out a new band together and I was told that he would call me the following Monday with pricing information for the new band. When I never heard from him, I emailed him. He had no recollection of our conversation and had misplaced the paper on which he'd written the information for the band. At this point I requested to speak w/ a manager and began working with Kim. Kim was great, very nice and knowledgeable and she helped me find the band I had previously picked. After exchanging the bands, I never received my appraisal and had to call them 3 different times over the course of 5 weeks before I finally received. Overall very disappointed with the level of customer service we received.
