I was calling to ask if I brought a watch in that I recently purchased elsewhere, would someone be able to validate the authenticity. Their reply, "I don't know, but we do sell those here." I asked for the particular watch, if it was in stock so that I could compare there's to the one I bought from a 3rd party, "Bulova Curv". Their response, "I don't know, you'll have to come here and look for yourself". Seriously? You can't look at your handful of Bulova watches to tell me if you sell that particular Bulova model before I drive 30 minutes to do exactly that with my own eyes?

I didnt feel pressured to purchase when I went there. Bought a simple band, almost paid the same amout for resizing and engraving. I was persuaded on type of fonts guy said it’s the best option so it’ll show up. Ok that’s not that big feal but didnt sit all that right. But the problem is that I called to follow up if my ring has arrived the day before the promised date, the guy on the phone has never an intention to help, he told me that all their computers are taken up and he cant look up info right then. Then I asked if he could call me back when they are not busy, he flatly refused my request, he told me to just call back later. How the heck am I supposed to know when they are not busy?! I guess they prefer for me to harass them on the phone. I swear I am very tempted to go there to bluntly tell them face to face. I feel like they are quick to help for sales but when you bought their product, they are no linger willing to help! He clearly said they have a lot of costumers on the floor and pretty much I am no longer important. Well, I am offended coz I am still one of their costumers who already fork out the money!!

TERRIBLE STORE. My boyfriend took me to this Kay's to get an idea of what type of rings I liked the most and made it clear to the two ladies helping us that we would not be making any purchase today that it was strictly to look. The lady in charge asked to speak to my boyfriend alone and the other woman took me off to a different section of the store... While off looking at other jewelry the lady who had asked to speak to my boyfriend alone started nagging at him to buy me one of the rings is tried on, he explained to her again that he wasn't going to be making any type of purchase today and she then proceeded to ask him if he really loved me and actually wanted to marry me telling him that if he didn't buy it for me today that he doesn't love me. I had no idea any of this was being said or going on being that I was at the other end of the store and all of a sudden my boyfriend comes storming past me angry and upset at what she had said.. Needless to say, this is POOR customer service and that is NOT how you make a sell. Shame on you.

Very nice selection, and the staff is always very helpful and never pushy. We've gotten lots of jewelry from here and never been disappointed.

This was the worst experience I have had with a jewelers. We waited at least 25 minutes to speak with someone about my wife's ring which had multiple cracks in the main diamond less than 6 months after purchasing. We were told that they had no information about us coming in to have the diamond looked at and therefore the warranty was voided. After arguing our case we decided to take it to our own renters insurance to have the diamond taken care of. All our insurance needed was a written document to verify that the diamond had cracks in it from apparent accidental damage. Kays would not even write this information down for us after noticing the cracks during our 3rd visit so that we could have our insurance take care of their product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! You will regret it and so will your wife. Management was not willing to work with us.
