These lady's really know their stuff. They helped me from start to finish to find the perfect gift for my girlfriend I would recommend them to anyone looking for that special gift for that special someone I even got something for my mother. Thank you Rachael!😊

So I've been here multiple times and I can say, from someone who's worked in customer service, they were top notch. My husband and i came in to get my anniversary band and Dyamond remembered us from almost a year ago. She even remembered which band I had wanted. The rest of the staff were sweet also. I recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. Cause they will help you in any which way they can. Dyamond, were coming back for those earrings lol.

This is the best place to get all your jewellery needs met. My fiance and I came here after a gauntlet of all the other stores and not getting anywhere close to what we wanted. Finally we decided on Reeds in Chesapeake Square Mall and we met Dyamond. Instantly she took care of us, knew what we wanted and didn't go for the "flashy" rings that everyone else seemed to want or like. My wife and I are now married (05/21/2017) and we came back to see Dyamond to add on to my wife's ring a year later (03/08/2018). All the women here are A+, any issues I had with my own ring they took care of and were pleasant while doing so. This is and will be our jewelry store, and we make the drive 3 cities away with no problem. Great work Dyamond.

I love reeds jewelers. I had an assoicate by the name of Diamond, cool right, anyway Ibwas looking for a pair of ear rings for my wife and she helped me out big time! If you in the area go check Mrs Diamond at Reeds.
