I had a really great experience at Reeds buying my dream wedding ring. Compared to all of the other jewelers in the same area, Reeds had better designs, better prices/financing and better customer service. I definitely thought they would be out of our price range or kinda uptight because of how nice their store looks but I was immediately proved wrong by the kind and down to earth staff. Rachel and Bernadette listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to pressure me into something else or into spending more money than we would have liked like the others jewelers. I will absolutely continue buying from Reeds in the future!

The staff is amazing and makes you feel as if you are part of one big family... As it was explained to me: you can imagine it as Rachel and Robert (REEDS) are the jewelry mother and father, with two children Brandon and Bernadette (2 "B"s)... I had never had any experience with buying an engagement ring or where to go to buy one, but I am so glad I walked into REEDS instead of any other place... The jewelry is amazing and the prices are truly affordable. Brandon greeted me as if he genuinely cared about my needs and desires instead of just a sale. Rachel helped me with getting a finance plan that suits me as an individual and she explained in detail how everything would work out, which cleared up my fears of being messed over with hidden fees and interest... I had my two daughters with me, ages 4 and 3, that are a handful, Bernadette jumped right in and kept them occupied and entertained so that I could focus on my new experience of picking out an engagement ring... Which by the way, before walking in the store and talkin to Brandon, I thought the engagement ring was just the ring you purchase to propose (cheaper and less important than the wedding ring/band itself), but I now understand it is the opposite... I was not the only customer in the store, so the whole family was able to make me feel as if I was the only person that mattered in the room, while giving the same excellent service and treatment to every other customer that came in as well... REEDS is the only jewelry store that I will ever recommend to anyone. I really would like to thank Brandon, Rachel, Bernadette, and Robert for everything they did for me and my family today, and for the amount of patience and care they displayed while doing so.

Rachel and Robert, and the rest of the staff at Reeds Lynnhaven Mall are AMAZING! Rachel helped us from the beginning of our engagement ring hunt. We decided to buy a stone separately and have it set in a Reeds setting. She gave us the best advice on which setting would be best for us. Fast forward 6 months and the worst possible thing happened- I crushed my ring between two pieces of heavy furniture causing a diamond to fall out, the entire band to be all sorts of messed up, AND my stone (not covered under their warranty) ended up chipped. We luckily had the Reeds lifetime warranty which covers practically everything that could go wrong. When it was ready to be picked up, the ring looked amazing and we were thrilled even knowing my stone was chipped. Rachel informed us that they decided to REPLACE my stone!! They were not obligated to replace it by any means, but it just shows how amazing Rachel and the staff really are. It's safe to say that we will forever recommend Reeds to everyone we know. Thank you again!

I’ve never had such a wonderful experience shopping around for jewelry as I did when I stopped in Reeds! Brandon helped us during our visit and was just so sweet and helpful! We definitely know who to go to when shopping for jewelry from now on!
