Extraordinary experience!!! I was greeted with a friendly & genuine welcome. The sale consultant Aaron Gonzalez is very knowledgeable, his positive attitude & all the demonstrations were very helpful in making my final decision on my first Breitling watch. Throughout the interaction Gonzalez gave to me his full undivided attetion. Fink's has gain a customer! Well trained sale consultant & Great customer service.

We went into Fink's to look at watches and rings. Despite telling him we weren't looking to buy anything in the next few months, our associate Michael Y. gave us the same level of customer service we would expect as if we were buying that day. He said that at Fink's they like to build relationships, and our experience with him was the perfect example of that. He even stayed late to chat with us about all sorts of things. His customer service was matched by his knowledge of everything in the store, whether it was the difference between movements in watches, to different classifications of diamonds. We will definitely be returning to Fink's and Michael when we are ready to move forward.

My fiancée and I loved our experience at Fink's! Dan assisted us on two separate occasions, and on one visit sat with us privately to show us the amazing and beautiful diamonds Fink's has to offer. Obviously, we looked at diamonds at other local jewelers but we were drawn back to the beautiful choices at Fink's. We felt comfortable making our purchase from this jeweler and enjoyed the personalized service from Dan. Dan even called after our engagement to see if I was pleased--umm, I am VERY pleased!! My fiancée had also bought a watch from Fink's a few years ago and it was that good experience that initially brought us back. Thank you Dan for your making this happy time in our lives even more special.

I bought a watch from Fink's recently and had a very pleasant experience with the staff. Tamara, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. After buying the watch, she offered to clean my old watch along with adjusting the new watches bracelet. Overall excellent experience working with this store.

My wife and I have made several purchases there, we have made all purchases with Aaron. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and treats us like he has know us for years! We will make all our jewelry purchases at Finks as long as Aaron is there!
