My fiancé and I went to Reeds because we had heard bad things about Kay Jewelers and other chain jewelry stores you see in malls.We spoke with an older gentleman (I cannot remember his name and he no longer works there). This was when we were looking at engagement rings. I know I wanted a princess cut diamond and considered a double halo. He explained the advantaged and disadvantages to what I wanted, he also educated us on diamond relation to finger and what diamond would best suit my finger length and width. It was so informative. We went back after we got engaged because my fiancé ended up getting my ring over seas. We found something we liked and had it noted on our account in case we decided to come back and make the purchase. We then went to diamonds direct and had a HORRIBLE experience. After that we went to Zales and found another ring I liked but again a no so good experience. We went BACK to Reeds and found a new ring that I fell i love with! We worked with Michelle and Salvatore they made the whole buying process a breeze! I Love this company since they do not require inspections to keep your warranty. Its hard for military couples to meet this since they may not have a Reeds where they are. Such an amazing company and I highly recommend them!

This store ROX! I, after 21 yrs, decided to get my now husband an engagement ring from this store. Not taking credit away from anyone else but Sunny, Dave, and Salvatore are my 3 gIt-her-done go to people. All three of the fine people are very knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right fit for you and your budget. I recently had a issue with the lender on my account. I went into the store ready to return my purchases and close my account but Mr. Salvatore Sosa and Mr. Dave Mitchell fixed the whole ugly ordeal. I walked outta the store that morning just as satisfied and happy as I was when I initially came in to make my purchases. You 2 gentleman are AWESOME! Thank you alway, Tameka Allen.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. If you want quality jewelry, go there.
