This dealership was wonderful. I was at a previous dealership which had less than satisfying service to say the least. When I came across their website, I gave them a call and was helped by an associate named Dylan. He got the car ready for me to test drive during that same call. When I arrived I was in the vehicle I wanted to test drive within just 1 minute of arriving at the dealership. I found the vehicle i wanted at a very reasonable price and also recieved a great warranty in the process. The overall experience went very smooth, was very friendly and made my experience purchasing a car very enjoyable.

Service Center Don't believe the 5 star reviews. I made an appointment, but had to wait 15 minutes for the assigned rep to talk to me. No one else who was just sitting around helped me. I told the assigned rep exactly what service my car needed. I was told that they would do a complementary inspection to verify the service and talk to me about price if the car needed more service than I thought. I was told that the repair would take up to two hours and gave me a price estimate for what I requested. Two hours later, I had to check on the status of the repair. I was then informed that I would need more service and that they had already started it. No one talked to me before starting more repairs than what I had originally requested. Another two hours later, I was told that I needed more repairs. I declined because 1) I thought the price was inflated and 2) I had already been there for almost four hours, and 3) by this point, I didn't believe anything I was told by this smarmy rep. As I was finally checking out, the service rep told me that I would be contacted to give a review and to rate him as 100 on all categories because anything less than a 100 was a fail. I didn't respond to this. Then, he told me he would add a "further discount" on my service bill because he wanted me to feel like he had done everything for me that he could. Problem with this lie? He didn't print out a new invoice. By this time, I was tired, ticked off, and determined to NEVER go there for service again. When I got in my car, my seat and mirrors had all had their positions drastically changed, my air conditioning was on (in December), and my car smelled like used motor oil. I was seriously disappointed on all levels. Don't believe the 5 star reviews.

I really appreciated the professionalism from start to sold! Robert called me for 2 months to keep me interested, and really helped me get into the right car. When I got there this morning, Nick B took the reins and stayed with it and got it done! Then Zane really helped out and brought it home. Could not be happier with my experience today, class act!!

I buy a "new' car every two years so this was not my first rodeo with buying a used car. From the start, Shannon Burris (Sales) and Rob Loomis (Service) did a fantastic job. The car was up front and waiting for me when I arrived, there was NO pressure, the price was the best I found anywhere and the entire experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had. 3rd car I have purchased from a Hanna Dealership and will continue to buy all of my future cars from them.

Had a wonderful experience working with Richard. I brought him a very hard trade in and a lot of work to do and he spent three days finding me the perfect car with the best price and still having everything I needed.
