Bought  a pair of soccer cleats on Thursday ,  use them once on Friday and on the same the the sole of that cleats started to separate from the cleat.
With receipt on hand went in to the store on Saturday to get a refund or store credit. They called management, and the answer i got was,"no you have to contact adidas, because it looked like you used them too much."
 Calling a customer a lier? What kind of manager is that? What kind of answer is that? ( I bought the soccer cleats two days ago!)He didnt even bother to look at the studs of the cleats or the separation of the sole from the cleat. 
.I went to DICK'S Sporting Goods on broadway, excellent service.They took at look at the cleats and with no hesitation they gave me my money back. 
What a shame, because i ended up buying my cleats at another sport store and spent more money on training accessories.

Dick's Sporting Goods is the WORST! It is so expensive in-stores and the online shopping is awful! I ordered two pairs of athletic shorts and it took forever to ship. Then when it finally did ship (according to the tracking number), it was so complicated. Online it said there was an "Exception" when my package was in transit because Dick's does not ship to businesses only people's home addresses. NO ONE IS HOME DURING THE DAY! So my package arrived all the way to the my local post office and then sent right back to Dick's. I never received my items and it took like a month to get my refund! Just go to Sports Authority!
