I have been going to Oro Valley Bicycle for about 10 years now and would not look anywhere else in Tucson for my bike needs. Chris is now a personal friend and I can call him for advice, timetables for repair, and suggestions on equipment.

This little shop is bustling in the repair department for many good reasons: they do excellent work, they hustle all day and make sure that the customer comes first, the team here knows their stuff inside and out, the crew members are also big time riders, and the cost of repair is very reasonable. I bought my first Specialized bike here back in 2007 and was also please to discover that whenever I purchase parts for that bike I automatically get a 15% discount.

I don't know how to compare Oro Valley's bike prices other than to say that with 3 successful stores around Tucson, they must be doing it right.

I use a few shops for convenience (only if they're good) I live far east, but work in Oro Valley and Oro Valley Bikes is one of the two shops I prefer in Tucson.  They have a great staff, super helpful and great turn around time for repairs.  I hate seeing some of the negative reviews and I don't often write reviews,  but I believe they deserve a great review.  Thanks Oro Valley Bikes!!

I have a winter place near this shop, the staff is generally unfriendly. I have the feeling that I am inconveniencing their day by coming in their store. Every year I come in, after a while end up going farther to a friendlier shop. 

Last year I got home and found that I had the wrong part. Trying to exchange it was a nightmare. 

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere if possible. There are friendly shops near (trek) and fairwheel downtown is one f the best in the world.

Down visiting my mother and decided to bring my bike and get a few morning rides in.  Flatted the rear tire because I pinched the side wall. 

Took the bike in for a quick air up and check out and was told to drop the bike off  and come back tomorrow.
They  said well we can just  air it up and they did and charged me 10.00.

The next day I went to ride and was flat agai. Ended my weekend of riding in the morning.

Flagstaff bike shop( Bike Revolution) would have never let that happen
