Floor staff upstairs was, tried to be helpful. On the other hand, management stood near register  chatting amongst  themselves while customers waited in long lines. Makes you you wonder what they think their job is and what priority a customer is who wants to spend...long live bricks & mortar and the property taxes so assessed

For the most part they are very helpful after you find them.  There is never anyone around.  They're also very expensive.  But they do have what you need from hunting and camping to sports.  But I do recommend trying to find what you need at Dick's.

Came in to pick up a wrist release for my archery class.  Absolutely no one in the hunting department for assistance. Pushed the button for service and waited a few minutes. No one showed. I have decided to spend my money elsewhere.
