Joe D at the Novi store was awesome.  He was helpful but not pushy.  He showed us a lot of options but kept it simple and on track.  I got a great deal on a sofa and chair.  Delivery was good too.  The delivery guys were on time, careful and courteous.  Great experience all around.

Love Art Van!! Great quality, high end pieces. And amazing customer service. Michael McKesson in Novi is the best!!! Patient and very knowledgeable. We only purchase through him!!

I would have given 0 reviews if I could. Not at all satisfied with service and product with Art van Novi. My advice to all customers, if you pick up any delivery by yourself please have them open the parts and double check whether everything is ok or not. I had a very bad experience with picking up delivery by myself. Sales staff is good however service staff is really rude and don’t care even if the they get the business next time or not.

I went there two times and the reason that I give three stars is i was treated differently each one. First time I was helped by a lady that was pushy and uninterested at the same time. She was impatient and kept asking me how much I was going to spend. Given I liked the price on some floor samples I came back, this time to be 
 helped by Kal. He was the opposite, very friendly, understood my needs and got me some good prices. So how your experience will be is a toss up...
