I earned a $10 reward coupon for making multiple purchases. So I use the reward coupon and the next day I had to return the items because of the fit. The sales associate informed me I would lost my $10 reward coupon because I returned the items. Dick’s Sporting Goods reward coupons, are a rip off most companies when you make a return, you can get back your reward coupon because you earned it from previous purchases

Update: went in to try on a pair of shoes. The attendant seemed more interested in scanning display shoes than simply asking if I needed help. Made eye contact twice, and was completely ignored. After ten minutes, I walked away. Not particularly keen on coming back is this is typical service.

Stony Point location is nicer and has more in stock. But, I don't really care to drive that far, so I'll be satisfied with the offerings here. The kids that roam the mall seem to trash this place a lot.

The inventory is quite large, this place should definitely have what you're looking for; you just have to search for it. Personally I had purchased 2 airsoft pistols, and when leaving the store alarms went off. The staff said "its just a soft tag, go ahead", but it was quite embarrassing to be at the exit with alarms going off.

Worse service for tennis stuff. They didn't change strings to my racket in one week as it was agreed. Finally I took it back with no strings! And even no excuse! Terrible!
