I have been shopping at this Macy's location for as long as Impulse has been open. Holly goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have about anything I am looking for and is always quick to tell me about the current promotions and new items in the store. She has done my makeup more times than I can count and I always receive many compliments on how nice it looks. I would recommend anyone to go visit Holly, shes the best!

Super unprofessional employees with no knowledge of customer service or how to prioritize their clients, especially those that go out of their way and schedule appointments. I understand the principle of being overworked and getting busy, but some people need to be seen and attended two more than others. I Will never shop or step foot in the store again, And I am infuriated that the impulse beauty counter made an exciting experience into One that became super stressful and unpleasant. I will also note that this was not the first negative experience I’ve had with them. Notably, the worst employees are Holly and Michelle. If you value any bit of human intelligence go somewhere else.

The Dear Macy's Short Pump, You have the nastiest bathroom ever. This is not a one visit problem. It's like this EVERYTIME I visit your bathroom. You wasn't me to pay $100 for a dress or $200 for a purse. Clean up your act and your bathroom. Get it together. Sincerely Sheri

Now I know why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. Checking out is so painfully slow that I just walked away. If you are able to find an employee, they either won't look at you so as not to engage you, or, if you do get their attention, they know absolutely nothing about the stores products. After 2 hours I just left the store and bought nothing. I stood at counters where employees could not figure out how to check me out. I'm heading home to get on the internet and buy things off Amazon.

I live out of town (at least 40 mins) away. I had an appointment in the area where the nearest Mac counter is. I've been wearing other products because Mac stores are closing everywhere. I finally made it here and I've been waiting for more than an hour and I'm upset because the one person who works the counter was on a conference call and then went to lunch!! #highlypissedoff
