The store is clean and organized, the employees are informed and helpful, and parking is plentiful. I only give them three stars, because if items aren't on sale, they're prices are ridiculous, and their selection is limited. I get their emails for flash sales and pounce when I can, but use them for price comparisons for online shopping. It seems that brick and mortar stores are struggling with keeping up with online retailers, and Dick's seems to be another example of another sports store going the same route as Sports Authority and MC Sports.

Walked in right at open at 9 am to see about 10 employees including who seemed to be the manager gathered by the counters in the front but no one bothered to greet me, only continued on with there personal conversations.  Then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes while they tried to look up my federal tax exempt account but there computers were not booted up and ready for the start of business.  Then I left since they still did not have their system up and was not said a word too as I walked by a half dozen employees on my way out.  Don't open at 9 if you can't be ready to do business, I was there to buy 10 kayaks for biological field studies  but they apparently didn't want my money.  Better step it up

Only sporting goods store in the area, always has terrible prices.  They also have it set up so you can't leave without going through the checkout area.
