Overall experience has always been good for the couple years I've came here.  Mike was more than helpful with the entire process.

I needed a specific set of tires, and most locations didn't have any in stock nor did they have any avail appts. The other Joliet location was unable to get those tires delivered to them.  However this location was able to get them delivered in less than 24 hrs and get me an appt the next day.  Andres took care of me, he's awesome.  Everyone here works fast and efficient. I walked in at 8:45am and was out the door by 10am as promised. And I was referred to Napa auto care down the street for a heavily discounted much needed wheel alignment because I purchased a set of wheels from discount tire.

I go to discount for almost all of my tire needs, however the level of service you receive really depends on who Waits on you. Overall I would recommend them

Good service but they always try to get you to buy new tires.
