I've been using The Dickerson agency for a few years now and have had a great experience. Melissa is my agent and she handles all of my commercial insurance. She is so on top of things I sometimes feel that she is on my payroll, working here! She's in constant contact and does a great job. Actually just handled my renewal of all my policies. Highly recommend these folks!

What can I say, I feel like I’m part of the Dickerson Family. Last year I needed insurance the week of purchasing my house and they got me covered faster than expected. This year my renewal came in a bit higher and Kim was able to find a new policy with better coverage for both my wife and I for $1,200 less than what we paid last year. Is it possible to love your insurance agent? Yep! Highly recommended!

Been a client here for over 16 years and never had to make a trip to the office. Everything I could need was taken care promptly over the phone, via email and snail mail. Thanks for all the years of excellent service. You guys make insurance pain free and efficient.

So I got this insurance company 2 years ago and I've never had a complaint mostly because I never had a claim. 
Last week my vehicle was broke into and I found out the things I had installed that were stolen wasn't covered. 
So now I have realized I pay top dollar for Progressive for nothing. 
I am looking currently for a new insurance company that will stand behind the definition of FULL COVERAGE.

Excellent service and great options of different insurance companies, Tierra has been the best to deal with. Have already reffrred alot of friends and all my family is with the Dickerson Agency.
