I called to let them know I went to the wrong building but I am on my way. The receptionist told me, "no problem". Checking in at front desk, receptionist said she has to ask the doctor on whether she can still take me. Came back out and told me she couldn't see me. Why doesn't the receptionist just tell you that from the beginning?! Totally unprofessional.

We arrived at 12:40pm for a scheduled appointment at 1:00pm. At 1:10pm we were assigned a room to follow up on an X-ray. The doctor finally saw us at 2:05pm. Unfortunately the X-ray (which we informed the nurse we here to discuss) was not ready and available to the doctor. This led to another 15 minute wait. The doctor was and has been very kind, understanding, and professional. The balance of the staff we've encountered are quite the opposite. Very disappointing. We will continue to come here because the doctor is top notch. The wait times and the poor staff quality could sway us into finding a new facility if these problems persist. Overall the doctor is 5 star, the staff a 1; excessive wait times.

--0 stars--. My referring doctor made the appt for me because of the urgency of my medical condition--his staff had to wait on hold for 10 min while I was there and did not get in with the doctor they referred me to--Cruvant. I got a reminder call re the appt (which wasn't until 5 days later--remember this is critical I see someone soon--I don't have a gp) and the caller said there would be "absolutely no one I could speak to about cost of the appt"--she had "no idea who to transfer me to". When I asked her for the staff that collects payment at the front desk, she said I could talk to the billing Dept! I finally ask her for the "staff at her check-in area and she transferred me". I was on hold for a full --15 minutes-- and when I explained I wanted to know the cost of the initial appt, she could NOT tell me--had NO idea, said it depended on the "level of appt, etc etc?? Even after I explained I was referred, new patient, self-pay--she had NO clue????!! Could absolutely give me no idea of the actual appt cost!! I'm not young and I have never in my life had staff tell me they had NO idea how much they were going to charge me!! Cancelled my appointment. I am patient and try to be understanding, but what a friggin' ZOO! NO way I would go there.

Truly the worst customer service and accountability. I was scheduled for an appt at six weeks instead of six months and was forced to pay for the appt after the office manager specifically told me they wouldn’t be charging me. Please try any other place than this one. There was no follow up on calls I made. I ultimately paid just to stop the bills but this is a horrible office on all levels. They are simply abusing the system and care not at all about patients in my opinion.

Dr. Scott is amazing. This office needs to get it together though and answer the damn phone. It's crazy that you call a business and the phone rings with no answer.
