What an incredible experience in this Store. It's truly the best of the best. Designer and beyond. I actually found designers I'd never heard of before. Don't get it twisted, it "can be" expensive but not necessarily. If you're a budject minded shopper do yourself a favor, just take a peek inside, nothing wrong with comparing and you might find a jewel less expensive than other High End department stores. Saks Fifth Avenue is a fun place to just walk thru and try a Purfum or Colongne, itt's worthy of your busy schedule to check out this place, it's like a work of Art, full of beautiful things with very helpful attentive stsff. That can possibly guide you into something you'll have for a lifetime. Cliff Nichols

Don't go to Saks counter if Jewels is working, biggest airhead, new and not knowledgeable, for an usplace place they hired the wrong person and Aim On, Asian in alterations is no good, she charged me again after another alteration lady in their dept messed up on my alteration, she looked at my receipt and said I had to pay again, I was like whatever, in my head I just said I'm not coming back here again, I haven't been back , Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus has never done that

I didn't care for one lady working in the ladies department. Everyone else was super.

At approximately 10:25am on Saturday 23 September 2017, my husband, daughter, and I walked into Saks Fifth Avenue from the garage elevator side. I was intent on buying makeup since I was running out and was looking to stop at the Lancôme counter. Upon entry into the makeup section, sales associates in the area refused to acknowledge our presence. While we stood in front of the Lancôme section for 5+ minutes, a sales associate named Jillian glared at us and didn't assist us. My husband called out to her, and she said absolutely nothing.  It was clear we were not wanted there.  It wasn't until a sales associate, Erica, came around and asked Jillian if she wanted to help us. Jillian looked in our direction, rolled her eyes, and turned away, making it even more obvious that we were not welcome in this store. Erica apologized for how we were treated, stating that she was an actual Lancôme sales associate who would help us, and not the associate that refused to help us. Instead of spending my usual $200 on a makeup stop, I just paid for foundation ($50) so we could leave. The obvious tension in the area was so uncomfortable. We, instead, ended up spending about $600 at Macy's as a result. Jillian refused us service, an interracial couple with a child, which was humiliating and quite infuriating.  Jillian is reportedly not a Lancôme employee, but if she is in fact a Saks employee. this company should be ashamed of such unprofessional and bigoted behavior.  She is there as an empployee to assist customers, not as a gatekeeper to oust diverse families and their money.
