I had an issue with my Seiko SKX007 where the rotating bezel came off. I could not get it back on at home so I brought the watch in to see if they could get it back on.  When I arrived they promptly took my watch over to the work area. In less than five minutes they bring me back my watch with the bezel back on. I spoke with Tony and he imparted very useful information about my brand of watch and watches in general. The great part of this was he did it free out of courtesy. He didn't have to do that. If he did that for me, a person who is not a regular customer, imagine the service he will give a "real" customer.  I will be back in soon because I want to check out some of their Hamilton field watches.

Stopped by here to get my bracelet adjusted for my wedding, which was only two days away. A very nice lady that worked there removed two links for me to make it smaller. It fit perfectly after that! Not to mention, she did this for free and then they cleaned my ring. The bracelet looked beautiful on my wedding day and my ring was sparkling and shiny! Great customer service here and I would definitely go back for any of my jewelry needs.
