I went to many different jewelry stores to try and find the perfect gift for my girlfriend. Michelle at James & Sons was extremely helpful! I found exactly what I was looking for even though my first choice was unavailable till the new year. I am very happy with the gift and I will definitely be going back for jewelry purchases in the future!

I couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism of James & Sons...and we had a really fun time under intimidating circumstances. Picking out our engagement and wedding rings, shopping for diamonds as novices, and then fine tuning the details—Jean was with us at every turn, guiding us along, but allowing us to make our big decisions so we’d be happy. She went above and beyond at every step and her communication was stellar! Now that we are in the aftercare portion of our experience, we are getting the exact same level of service. We feel like we’re part of the J&S family! I would highly recommend this store and Jean!

The staff and management were extremely welcoming and undeniably full of product knowledge. The jewelry and timepieces were high end and tastefully displayed. The service was phenomenal...this coming from a woman with high expectations on service. I will absolutely return for my next jewelry purchase.

My fiancé proposed to me with an heirloom ring that was nearly 2 sizes too small on a Saturday night. We saw how many amazing reviews James & Sons had AND saw that they were open on Sundays. This allowed us to take the ring to be resized Sunday morning. Rocky helped us out with enthusiasm and care and understood how important it was for me to get the ring back ASAP. He told me there are no rush jobs, but they do try to get things done so the wait isn’t too long. I just picked my ring up a week later and I am AMAZED at how new and beautiful the ring looks!! They told me it would look brand new, but I had NO idea how a piece of jewelry so old could look so new. I will always contact Rocky and James & Sons for my jewelry and engagement ring needs! (They also did the wedding band ... it looks just as amazing) Overall, don’t even consider anywhere, but the James & Sons Orland Park location!

I would highly recommend this jeweler. My mom and I went in with jewelry from relatives who have passed on. We wanted to determine if there was any value and also what we could make into useful pieces. Tiffany took her time with us (I mean 3+ hours), explained everything, and gave us time to make choices along with advice. We couldn’t have felt more cared for and truly felt it was a heartfelt experience. And now we have 6 beautiful pieces that are being passed down to grand and great grandkids. Thanks again Tiffany!!
