Hannah was great, very patient and helpful not to mention that she was fairly new to the job but still went above and beyond to figuring out the problem in which I was facing. The amount of help and friendly she was is beyond words can explain. Thank you VERY much Hannah.

Sadly this is the best DMV I have seen in Minnesota. The people working there do their best, that's not the problem, it's that they are hugely understaffed, and Minnesota is still stuck in the stone age with it's services. Most things are still handled by snail mail (mailing titles, licenses, etc) I just bought a car and I need to wait 95 DAYS to get the new title! Insane. And the huge wait times force people to take days off their precious vacation time away from family just to sit in DMV hell. Shame on Minnesota government for this rotten "service"

Came in, two people waiting. Sat for 45 minutes while 8 staff visited and wasted time as my title yransfer could only be handled by the person having their lunch break. Government Effeciency at work

Never got there. Everything is automated and they didn't answer the phone. Three minutes of listening to zed!

Friday, April 21, 2017 Mostly excellent, except for Stacy. I just needed to pay for my car registration on Friday, April 21, 2017. The young man who gave out numbers and explained things really put himself into his job! (I don’t know his name. He has a muscular build, with short, dark hair and a black beard. He was wearing two Hawaiian leis, which were available for the other employees, but I only saw him wearing leis and showing team spirit.) He was as helpful as could be! He explained I needed proof of insurance, and he kept my place in line while I trekked to my car for the insurance card. Then he handed me over to Stacy. (She had a box that read Stacy. So I figured her name is Stacy. She was very overweight and had little energy.) She took an amazingly long time with the man ahead of me! I was glad I brought a book. She never looked at me, even when she handed the tabs over. She explained things in a deadpan voice. She liked to talk with a hand in front of her mouth. She acted like doing her job just took more effort than it should. Generally this License Branch is worth going to. It’s not crowded like the ones in downtown Minneapolis or Saint Paul. Most of the clerks are helpful and have at least good customer service skills. But factor in that you will probably wait 10 to 15 minutes.
