Had to go in to see the status of my tabs i ordered online. The lady i think her name was (Jensen) at the counter was super helpful and friendly she gave me a temp paper to put in my window so i wouldnt get a ticket like last time i was waiting for them. I dont know if all the people there are as good as she was but assuming they are this place def gets 5 stars from me.

Called over 40 times in 3 days, they didn't answer the phone. Took time off of work to drive down and they were very unprofessional. Wouldn't Print out the information I needed even though it was on the screen in front of them, sent me to a different DMV which ended up being the wrong place as well. Very unprofessional, lazy, arrogant, acted superior and provided wrong info.

No one would help us get a passport because hours are short and Customer service people can’t help you because they don’t work in that area. So one part of the service employees are standing around with nothing to do but one land office employee does it but she was busy with other work. What a waste of our government tax dollars to have most of the service employees stand around.

FYI.. yes they are open until 4:30 but they won't do title transfer's or any title work after 3:30 even if there's three people behind the counter and no other customers I was there at 3:45 trying to transfer a title
