11years ago I came in to detox of Alcohol and because I was harming myself. I'm a Severe Asthmatic and was taking a medication that is considered an "upper". So why the hell would they give me a triple dose of Librium? THen not even taper me off it. When I got out, I couldn't remember my name, I couldn't walk straight, I was falling. Two days later I forgot who everyone was, I had a seizure. I had tremors. I truley wanted to die after I left this facility. I had to not only go into rehab for alcoholism, and self harm, but now I had to go for the Librium. I had met ppl who had been there several times for suicide attempts, and they basically helped me thru my 5 day stay. They would switch my food with theirs to fool the staff. Had they not done that, I would've probably died of a heart attack. Hopefully while the name changed, the owner as well as doctors and staff did too. 11years later, I still have memory loss, but do not TRUST any doctors with pain or relaxing meds. I'll suffer. Never ever will I voluntary come into a place like this ever again.

This facility has gone through changes. Now owned by Tenet who owns Doctors Hospital. I have had several experiences here, with myself and friends. There can be improvements in following agreed plans as originally agreed upon. Writing diagnosises in charts and billing within a reasonable time.

After my mother tried to commit suicide she was taken by police and put therewhere she managed to bite the tip of her tongue off and break her finger which neither were fixed or looked at by a Dr.... After four weeks of "treatment" she gets her finger looked at and it's too late to fix and the end of her tongue has fallen off. She was diagnosed schizophrenia and was sent home with direction from one Dr and then her perscrptions said another.. It has been 3 weeks since she's been out and still fighting for the right RX and a psychiatrist with no help from this CENTER.. In the mean time she could be a harm to herself and or a harm to others. GET IT TOGETHER.. You can't just take people in the release them into the world with no direction and leave them alone. My mother was in this center two years ago for alcohol abuse and was treated better and with dignity. So whatever has changed from two years ago is not good. When u have a loved one with mental health issues you need a place u can tryst to help them decide what they need not just pump. Them full of drugs and send them on their way

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! They wont allow family members to speak with the person admitted, but allow for said person to be discharged to complete strangers/drug buddies in the community. Patient still not treated, and now MIA with severe delusions and schizophrenia. Not sure why this place is even a treating facility.

It was alright but trying to get your own information when calling is like pulling teeth. They're very rude on the phone and very uncooperative. Even my social worker had the same rude treatment on the phone when trying to send another patient there. Very disappointed in that they do not do much therapy while I was in there either. Just have either sleeping in your room, walking around in there or sitting in the tv rec room where you also just eat.
