If I could give this Doctor  0 stars I would. They are rude and not professional. It's been 2 weeks and I've yet to hear back from ANYONE.  I have called various times and been told that an urgent message was sent to my Dr that she will respond within 24-72 hours. It's been a week and half.  I'm 30 weeks pregnant. Absolutely ridiculous how unprofessional they are. Never again will I go back. I already switched doctors.

My daughter had the best OBGYN...at Golden Valley in Modesto on Florida Ave., We were at the doctors hospital when she delivered my beautiful grandson and all the nurses had so much respect for the doctor and so I started seeing the doctors at Golden Valley and yes service is frustrating at times, just like any other medical facility now a days, but overall I give them a good review because I have seen worse medical facilities

Extremely poor customer service. Very rude and poorly trained office staff. Don't ever count on this office to act with urgency as they are unprofessional and indifferent towards the patient. I haven't been able to schedule an appointment with my PCP for the past 6 months, and they refuse to schedule appointments still. Only way to be seen by PCP is by lottery with a 7 am same-day call-in. Everything at this place moves slow; from prescription refills to lab results. Good luck getting through on the phone, as their system is constantly plagued with malfunction and they simply stop answering calls after 4 pm. Every time I'm in the office, waiting or exam rooms, I am always taken back at the amount of horseplay, loud inappropriate conversations, and overall unprofessional behavior. The doctors are okay, but the support staff needs training or replacing! GVHC is in need of new management Stat!

In my experience, the staff is SUPER nice and so are the doctors! The one this I do hate, which isn't their fault, is the phone system! They have a general call number for all the facilities and the staff there suck! I called 45 min before closing time to see if I could change an appointment time and I was on hold until they closed. Nobody took my call! That's 45 minutes on hold, listening to horrible music and an automated message saying someone will be right with me.

Thought today was going to be a good visit they called me in fast and got me into a room and all but then left me in here naked in a cold room for a hour and half not have seen doctor yet
