Was prescribed medications and told to pick up at my pharmacy later that evening. Pharmacy never received the medications. After coming home I called Sierra to see what was going on, I was advised they would be sent to pharmacy asap. Again, not sent. When I called to express my concern, I was hung up on 4 times and had to keep calling back. I'm left without medication at the current writing of this message.

On top of this, the week prior when having my blood work done I expressed I'm susceptible to passing out  during blood draws, they proceeded to draw my blood in a chair. A few minutes later I woke up on the hard floor, apparently I had passed out and fell out of the chair - hitting the floor. The other patients in the room showed great concern for me which was nice because as I was coming to, my doctor was walking right by me and did not even stop to check on me... just walked on by.

Needless to say, I will not be returning

Don't come here for your mental health issues. I came in for a simple doctors note as I had really been struggling with isomia, stress, etc and the doctor stared at me like I was the weirdest thing she'd ever seen and acted like my request and problem was ridiculous. She refused to help me after humiliating me all she said was to go to a pharmacy to get (random non prescribed) pills and coldly said if I didn't get them I would have insomia for the rest of my life. Walked out crying and switched doctors offices.

If I could give it zero starts I would. Healthnet called to schedule me an appointment with them. I came in today for my appointment requested the day off of work just to come in and they stated I was in their system but had no appointment. I spoke to a manager and not only did she seem uninterested in helping me, she was rude and spoke over me and was rushing me out of there. They need new workers or to shut this place down.

I've been here a couple times and it's the most depressing thing ever . You wait 3 or 4 hours to be done . Not only that but the workers I believe talk and  procrastinate. They make me feel  uncomfortable.This place need to improve its people and the place in general . I don't recommend u go there . But that's just my opinion.

I was told that even though I have an appointment, they have an hour to see me. I have never heard of such a thing. If that is the case, then why am I rescheduled if I'm late. Just as the little sign I on the counter says, my time is valuable too. This place is a joke.
