Really wish that internist would refrain from relying solely on lab reports especially in cases where pt continues to express concern of s particular problem. Example: pt has hx of cervical cancer. If physician is reading pt med hx where it’s noted pt has or was treated for stage 3 cancer, that should trigger the physician to be more attentive to the pt complaint and perhaps order more thorough testing or refer pt to appropriate specialist for in-depth evaluation. Physician negligence is too often dismissed putting pt health in greater jeopardy. Regardless if pt health is already fragile, physicians should still treat pt to their fullest potential.

I give doctors 5 stars the billing department a 1, since July 1, 2023 nothing but issues with getting them to invoice secondary insurance. I've heard every excuse in the book. I work for Stanislaus County and everyone is having same issues

What good is primary care when I can't get an appointment to be seen by my actual PCP? The schedulers seem to always have a schedule that's different from the physicians.  PA and NP require doctor approval in certain circumstances when treating a patient. They also do not have the same level of experience as a physician. Remember that today PA and NP want similar pay as a devoted, fully fledged physician but with less classroom studies and residency.  A patient who has a hx of medical problems needs a doctor who is devoted to caring for their pt whether it be in office or by phone, whether it's to inform of bad news or good news, whether it's to conduct a simple check up or read lab results or post surgical reports. Again. There's a purpose for wanting a fully fledged physician to treat us. And SG physicians should be held to a much higher standard with their patient care.  Doctors are not what they use to be. It took me complaining to 4 different ER physicians at a Sutter Hospital before one of them did their job and referred me to an oncologist. Doctors are too relaxed and it's very unfortunate.

Health care in Modesto, CA is fragmented. Unlike major Cities, there is not a Health Care District/zone located in the Central Valley.  Everything is spread out. Normally, YOU will need to run to the x-ray center, ask for a digital or standard copy then transport it to your specialist. YOU will need to run..and run. Not walk..run! You had better be in great health, if become unhealthy. Or prepare for the pain-train.  Unless....  You accidentally get that "Willie Wonka golden-ticket" health care package, that is excepted by Sutter Gould.  Umm umm um!!!  BAM!!! "We got you".  That's what it feels like. The best of the best locally. Period. Urgent care is beautiful! I sat there in pain...thinking "Nice rug. I wonder who installed it?" Service was FAST! They said I needed an MRI, "Sir come with me..." I grabbed my car keys prepared for a drive. Nope.  BAM!!! "We got you".  It was 20ft away. Kid you not. Clean, like a gently used 2007 Bentley.  Health Care portal updated in real-time! Sure it looks like it was designed on AOL. Hay...If it ain't broke why fix-it?  I feel safe. I feel like, if all heck breaks loose, I don't know about you? But I am going make it.  Sutter Gould feels...luxurious. Exclusive. People in the waiting room use really good cologne/perfume. Some would even say if you are the network...you are "Ballin out of control".  The coffee shop has a bean that hits like Starbucks...for $4 less.  Note: Privilege has a price. Do. Not. Miss. Appointments. The have a  rapid response force. You will get "The letter".

I had a new patient appointment with a lot of questions, and when I started to ask my first question, the doctor to begin with made me feel like she was rushing because you know they have to go to the next patient. I understand that and when I started to ask my first question she said you’re interrupting me very tense, after that, I felt like I couldn’t ask anything more a new patient appointment 10 minutes max. I think I was asked if I wanted water more times than I was asked what my reason is for being there You could feel this is all about money, not about your health I feel for the doctors working with Sutter

I have been with Sutter Gould for 30 years, and I am so very pleased with their service. I can't say enough good about Dr. Tanaka for my asthma and Dr. Knobel for my primary care...they are the best. They both have taken the time to get to know me which really helps in the care I receive. I have also had both knees replaced, and have seen other specialists. These doctors are the best, and they always have your health in mind. Keep up the great work.

Since it primary doctor left months ago Sutter Health had left us helpless and refuse to help in getting refills, etc. Then there's a bytch named Priscilla working for Dr. Macarobo who is a heartless evil person. She refuses to help with dealing with the pharmacist as the pharmacist himself isn't allowed to freak with patients directly and say the doctor office HAS TO CALL, but Prescilla refuses you do her job. Go anywhere else but avoid Sutter Health.

I wanted to take the time to thank Sutter Gould Dr. khaleghi and Kyria B. CMA. Sutter Gould thank you for having Kyria Boyso as an employee.  She is the true definition of patient care!  She went above and beyond to help me.  Please have more employees like her. She took the time to listen to me very at tentative to call me and to follow up. That’s all I wanted she listen to my pain and the love and support I got from her made my day, month all better.  Please have more employees who care for us as patients.  You are very very lucky to have her as an amazing employee.  Kyria Boyso Cma solve my issue and provided me with phone numbers of a new provider I can see. I am speechless and beyond thankful we as patients need more people like Kyria that actually care for our health. Thank you sooo much Kyria you’re the best!!  You’re one lucky MD you’re Medical Assistant knows how to treat us Patients

I went to the respiratory clinic because my congestion symptoms could be Covid. Wow. Very well organized, efficient, staff was friendly, answered all my questions, got all the test I wanted, EKG, chest X-Ray, strep swab which is what I ended up having. Nothing seemed too rushed or impersonal. No long wait times. Kudos to Dr. Singh and his staff. Highly recommend. I never give 5 Stars because I’m so picky. Their service really was outstanding.
