Have been here 3 previous times. Pleased with wait time and treatment received. Today..POOR care and concern...over 2 hr wait with only 4 non- critical care patients ahead of me. My visit is for another steroid shot and prescription for excruciating back pain (sciatica) which was treated here 10 days ago...not a well-managed facility!

Nursing staff and Doctors were GREAT. The place needed a good cleaning though. And the worst part was front desk..I believe the lady at the front said her name was Q? Not helpful and rude....

Injured my foot and went there. Very caring and competant staff. Not much of a wait at all and I was a walk in. They even called the next day to check on me. My own regular doctor doesn't do that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these Folks for any urgent care you may need. Clean & professional health care. 5 stars!

More of 4.5 stars but rounded up because the doctor was pretty awesome. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. I checked in online and still had to wait about 40 minutes to be brought back to a room. Not terrible but a little longer than I would have liked. I was expecting worse though since it does clearly tell you on the website that checking in isn't the same as an appointment time. Diagnosis seems right as I started to feel better today (2 days later). I'd definitely see them again if I was sick and needed a same day appointment.

I have been to this location before. I'm always pleased with the care I've received and my children. This time was exceptionally good. The front desk staff was very friendly, personable and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't jot down that nice lady's name. She deserves applause. I was really quite pleased with the PA, C that examined me; Daniela Harmon. She was thorough, listened to all I had to say and then some, without taking time away from her other patients, or making me feel like she was hurried. She has the type of bedside manner that every patient could want from their nurse, PA, and/or MD. I will definitely be back to this location again. They are further from my home than the "Urgent Care" around the corner, But definitely Worth The Drive !!! I'm closer to urgent care, but would drive the extra miles down hwy. 81 to get better care.
