They are a world class place. The Dr's & staff are there to help and treat you & your pets with the utmost respect for life and quality of life. My circumstances of meeting with them wasn't good for my baby girl but they did all that they could to help make her last few hours the best they could be. They are an amazing group of people & should hold their heads up high no matter the decisions we make as parents of our animals because they r God sents in sometimes trying times.

Staff and vets are very caring and nice. Patient with all my questions and was able to explain things so I could understand. Very clean facility.

I cannot express how thankful I am for this place. My dog suffered a neck injury while at another hospital and they referred us to Dogwood. Dr Galle and Dr Holahan worked together and did the best they could for my Charlie. These doctors are intelligent, compassionate and approachable. They genuinely cared for my dog like he was their own pet. They spent sufficient time with us explaining diagnoses and options. I had to call Dr Galle on Mother's Day. He was at his child's soccer game but took the time to return my call and talked me through the crisis. I am so grateful they were there when I needed them. The facility is beautiful; it's almost like a zoo. There are plenty of animals to look at while you wait. The medical staff is also amazing. I called at least twice per day while Charlie was there and the staff never made me feel like I was bothering them. They are available 24 hours per day for emergencies. I hope you never need neurological care for your pet but if you do, this is the place to go! It is worth the drive if you don't live nearby.

I'm a veterinarian and refer cases here all the time. I brought my own dog here a few years back and they did a wonderful job from start to finish!!!
