But pizza from here, found a string of weave in my food.  Called them to talk to the manager, he said no1 at this location had long black hair... All I said, it was dark hair.  My husband went in their earlier and seen a black women with a dark weave. I had blonde twists in my hair... So who hair was it???? We eventually got the pizza, but I would not recommend this location.  Hapeville location.

They take FOREVER. I live maybe ~ 5 minutes from the store and I would even understand if there were other deliveries so it took 15-20 minutes to make the delivery. Where I have a problem is when I can see on the tracker that my pizza was ready at 9:25pm and doesn't leave the store for over 30 minutes, then takes another 20 minutes to get to my house. I understand I'm paying extra for convenience and I don't have a problem with that, but who in the world wants a pizza that sat for almost an hour, has a "delivery fee" of $3.50, and I'm still expected to tip my driver 15-20% ?

Absolutely f****** horrible had to order three times after the canceled it for it being the wrong phone number, delivery drivers can’t follow simple directions and I had to wait 3hours until I get my pizza even as I’m writing this it still hasn’t arrived. 1/5 stars

I placed an online delivery order and paid for it. I was told 20-30 minutes for delivery.... 3 hours later no pizza. I called hourly to see what's going on. I was told there was an issue with the delivery drivers and It's only one left and that they are sorry for the inconvenience. Ricky said he'll personally deliver my pizza after remaking it.  I went to bed hungry. I waited and waited.  All other restaurants that delivers were closed or out of my price range. I called the next day to complain and again they apologized. I asked what good is an apology? It's unfair for you guys to expect me to sympathize for you but, who's showing any sympathy for me as valued customer. I was lead on all NIGHT!!! I travel so I won't be in the Atlanta area again. Hapeville Store on Virginia ave. You guys care absolutely NOTHING about your customers!!!! Thanks for ruining my night. I understand situations happen, I use to manage at papa johns.. but I'll NEVER PENALIZE a customer due to my slack or issues. It's ways to resolve it and i feel as if no one cared To. Needless to say Ricky was very pleasant and apologetic but I mean what good is a sorry to a hungry customer?
