Delivered my order over an hour late... I had to call them and found out they just forgot to send it out for delivery. When it finally arrived it was room temperature and the pizza wasn't even the correct order. Take your business elsewhere. Domino's is much more reliable, and Vinny's Midtown has real pizza if you don't mind picking it up.

Tried ordering online and they never got the order. Then tried ordering over the phone and they priced it more than quoted online (even after factoring out the online-discount). They said I would have to order online again if I wanted it, but then if I ordered online they wouldn't get the order according to their original statement about the paying by cash option. Come on guys. What the heck.

Absolutely horrible. Got two pizzas from this location delivered and they came in completely, inedibly burnt. I sat on their call center and shop telephone line for over 2 hours before someone got back to me regarding another pizza and THEN they didn't even send me one after they confirmed that they were going to. Absolutely horrific service and it's clear that this is the WORST pizza option in the area.

F**k this place. Ordered a pizza to the Marriott Marquis and it never showed. When I called about my order they kept putting me through to other locations (there are 2 other pizza huts in the area) as if they were filled my order. The call center confirmed who took my order. Couldn't give less of a s**t on the phone.

Worst experience of my life. I was told it would be 30 minutes and it took two hours. The cashier had a very bad attitude and when calling concerning my order I was hung up on. If I could rate a zero I would. On top of that the pizza was ice cold.
