Had a team in Atlanta for quiz bowl nationals and arrived late. Decided it would be easiest to order out. It took a full 20 minutes to place the order because I had to keep repeating myself to the gentleman . I told the gentleman on the line no less than five times that we would need a receipt. He told us that the order would take 45 minutes, which was no problem since the order was large. Pizza was delivered, and no receipt. This is crucial for us because we have to account for money spent with the school bookkeeper. The delivery man said he would have it text to me but that has not happened yet. And on top of that one of the items we ordered for one of the students wasn’t there. Tried to call back to see if we could remedy this problem. As I write this review I am 35 minutes into my hold. The student had to eat something else shared by the other students. This is quite possibly the absolute worst service I have ever received from anyone and not only will I never fequenr another Domino’s I will actively attempt to dissuade anyone and everyone I know to never eat at Domino’s.

The Worst Domino. Order Brooklyn Style got regular. First said $7.99 carryout nit at their store. Three employee arguing about it. Felt like walking out. Ended up coming back for my order. Phones not answered ! Phones off tge hook ! Find a different Domino's ! Do Not Come Here or order from them !

Updated: This place is terrible. I ordered a couple days ago and after an hour of waiting for delivery I began calling the store. Over 5 calls and never a single answer. After about 1.5 hours the driver showed up laughing. I refused the order and he said fine and left. Today I was informed by my credit card company that I had been charged for the order. Now I have to contest the charge and deal with that hassle. If you hate everything that is good in this world, order from here.

Horrible Customer Service from General Manager - 5/2/2018 I ordered pizzas for my job (office building). At no point during the order was I told that their store policy was to not deliver o suites. Therefore, communication was crossed and the driver went back to the store after initially going to the wrong address. The pizza was an hour late and to make matters worse, the General Manager of the store, Ash, was unapologetic, took no responsibility for the miscommunication from his team members to me and didn't offer any type of discount. I'm not sure why customer service as a whole has gone down the drain, but this in unbecoming of a G.M. What type of team will you run, if this is your behavior? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS AGAIN!

I continue to use both this app and this local Dominos. My neighbors are always like wow where’d you get a pizza from?! Laugh - go old school folks! This a great group at this one and I continue to use it & to recommend it! Very quick and always a polite and efficient staff. My orders are hot upon delivery and correct- sometimes they will even call to verify the order is typed in properly. It’s a great franchise - recommended.
