Worst delivery service ever. Placed an order before they opened for delivery, giving plenty of time for on-time delivery. Driver called when he was leaving the store telling me it would be 10-15 min until he arrived. 45 min later I still didn’t have my order. When I called to check in they said the driver had dropped my sandwich, because “sandwiches are heavy and it broke the bag” and had to go back to the store for a new one. Also, he was on a bike and not in a car. Never called to let me know. Finally, after 1.5 hours I received my sandwich and very stale cookie. No apology, no phone call - just a note on the receipt that read “Delay” 
The only reason I gave them 2 Stars was because my order was correct. 
Sadly, this is the 2nd time this has happened from this location. 
I’ll be ordering from Firehouse from now on.

Received quick and courteous service. Food was excellent. Environment was clean excepting some papers and material from what looked like a planogram change or new window stickers being put up before open.
