I usually never write reviews especially about a pizza  delivery. But as you know if you are from the area restaurants that aren't "great" and don't provide "good service" do not last very long among their peers. 

Ordered 1 cheese pizza. Showed up completely incorrect + very burned/not  edible. Ok, called promised to fix it and aim to  deliver within 30 min, we are less than 1mile away. Pizza didn't arrive until 2 hours later-cold and hard. Do they even want to be in business? I didn't even want the pizza at this point. I handed them the burnt pizza and retrieved the cold one. 

Family was home sick, so I was unable to leave children to pick-up food in the cold. 

I plan to let ALL neighbors who ask for good pizza to avoid this new place-as my honest opinion.

I live right next to this location and I have probably ordered at least 20 carry out pizzas from them. Every pizza I've gotten has been great and their manager always shows me the pizzas before I leave and asks if everything is up to par. Even though there are some "nicer" pizza places close by like Fellini's and Osteria, Marcos is half the price and honestly hits the same spot at the end of the day.

Absolutely terrible hygiene one of the people working in there was boxing people's food with the same gloves they wiped sweat off of their forehead with. An employee with long hair was just swinging her hair around while touching food and not once did anyone wash their hands. I wouldnt dare eat there. Also I had an UberEats pick-up that was supposed 2 be done 10 minutes prior that had never even been started.

I called to order a couple pizzas for delivery on July 4th at 1245pm but the person who answered the phone was unable to hear me because the music  was too loud. When  he eventually turned down the music, he said they were unable to deliver to my location. My location is 2.1 miles from their location and a major hotel chain. I got the feeling they just werent interested in "leaving the party."
