Online ordering was easy, food was put into the oven within minutes of submitting my order.  Then it was out of the oven in 10 minutes.  The problem was that it was not delivered for another 35 minutes and the crust was soggy.  Overall quality was poor.

Great people in store and delivery. Food is always consistent and delicious. Never had an issue with missing food or anything. this is a great place.

GREAT SERVICE, VERY FAST AND ALWAYS GREAT PIZZA, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS LOCATION, WE BUY PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION ALL THE TIME AND ITS ALWAYS GOOD, THANKS GUYS!!!

BEWARE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.                                          
Ordered pizza online for the palatine store. Got charged 2 times. i went to the store and i was told that, that has NEVER HAPPENED. The guy RANDY was rude and has no respect. He needs to learn so customer service stills.  i asked for the number to corporate because he would not help me at all. He said 1800dominos. He laughed and said GOOD LUCK.  i wish there was an option for 0 stars. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Treat people the way that you want to be treated. You can be replaced RANDY.

Horrible customer service on top of that they like to fight with their customers, pregnant women almost assaulted here with her 10yr old nephew. Arguing with customer over the phone how professional!  I've called corporate many times to speak to the franchise owner which has never returned my calls!  So if the owner doesn't care I'm sure these disrespectful employees can care less. Will never order from dominos again. Good luck for anyone who goes to this place.
