We ordered furniture in September and paid for it, were told we'd have it in six to eight weeks. We never heard anything about the order status, so we started calling. We were either told "We'll get back to you" or "The manufacturer won't return our calls". FInally at more than 10 weeks we went into the store and asked for our order to be cancelled. Don Willis said they would confirm with the manufacturer and we'd have a check in three days. Finally after more than two weeks we are having to go back to the store in person to get our refund. We found out that the problem was that the manufacturer had our fabric on back order, and they left that message with Don Willis weeks ago, but it was never passed on to us so we could have made a different choice. They've had our money for 13 weeks and they knew the furniture was not being built since they never followed up with us. I called their other location twice to see if perhaps they are going out of business.

Nice store with a big, wide open look. Used to be a CompUSA I think. A lot prettier now. Found the comfy chair and couch i was looking for. Giant parking lot a plus.
