Greg is topnotch! Excellent customer service. We originally ordered the oracle set with the cocktail ottoman unfortunately part of the set didn’t fit in our building. We called Greg and he immediately helped us pick different pieces so that we could still get the Oracle set. He even got us next day shipping. The delivery guys on the first delivery as well as second day delivery were also professional and efficient. Overall great experience! Love my new sofa!!

We bought a double recliner here. Way better price than anywhere else we looked including online. The salesman listened to what we were looking for and then answered our questions and let us be while we made our decisions which is rare and appreciated. We left to shop around and when we came back the salesman we had talked to was gone but another helped us actually purchase the recliner. He was nice and helpful and had already made sure the first salesman got part of the commission before I asked which I think just shows quality character. We plan to go back and get the matching couch in the near future.

Moving is never fun or easy and furniture shopping adds on to that stress. So I am super thankful to have made a visit to Mor Furniture. Before entering the store, we had anticipated that we would be there for a couple of hours, from prior experience at other furniture stores. But we were pleasantly surprised on how quick and painless everything was. Mor Furniture has a great selection of styles and everything is very affordable. But what makes this place even greater is their customer service. Off the bat, when we entered the door, we were greeted immediately by John H. He was very welcoming and made sure that all our needs were met. He made the process and experience of shopping for furniture painless and fun! We were literally in and out in 15 minutes thanks to John. AND we love our new couch and dining table! We get a lot of compliments from our friends and family, which definitely makes us so happy that we chose to purchase our furniture from Mor Furniture!

Don't call, no one answers. The only number available is for a corporate line that will then transfer to the store you request...if they answer. I spent two days calling and when I finally got a person to pick up they rudely stated that they were "an extremely busy store" and transferred me without so much as a "here you go" and the store clerk dropped the connection. I really needed a chair, (this was a good model at a decent price) and finally got fed up enough to just go to the store. I wandered through the showroom for a couple of minutes looking for a person and found one in the back, the same clerk that had dropped the connection and never called back. (Corporate line didn't forward the number?) He had no explanation for dropping the call. For a store that is "extremely busy" there were four guys leaning on the counters loafing. The store itself does not carry items in stock and most must be delivered or picked up in the Renton warehouse. The chair was a necessity for medical reasons so I picked it up myself as there was no way to get a delivery done faster than I could. The purchase was the only easy part of this adventure. The moral of the story is; If you want something done right, do it yourself.

After looking at way to many other furniture stores.... We came to MOR and met John Han soon as we walked in. He helped us find exactly what we were looking at a much cheaper price. He was able to answer every question we had. It was a great experience.
