Was a breath of fresh air to have knowledgeable, professional service. Very helpful without being pressured. I ended up buying a great recliner. This place is not cheap but the quality is so far above normal furniture that I think you save $ in the long run.

Yes, delivery glitch.  But they made it right.  That goes a long way for me.  Customer service is huge with my work and it showed with this company the way they handled the delivery and made everything correct.  The delivery team was great they made sure everything was well and in working condition before I signed off on anything.  I can't say enough good things about this company and I will continue to purchase items from them in the future.  Thanks again to the staff at the Lynnwood store and thanks again to the organization for answering my email and calling back quickly- it made all the difference.
