This was my first visit to Furniture World. I found the sectional which I have been searching for, but it had to be ordered. It has now been delivered and is exactly what I wanted! The customer service I received from Brandi was exceptional. Brandi listened to what I wanted, and helped me accordingly. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, professional, and provided a textbook example of what customer service should entail. Jim, the owner, did the same. He took the time to answer additional questions and provide feedback for potential future purchases. We will definitely be returning to this store. The sectional I ordered is above and beyond what I had hoped it would be. The delivery drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job as well. A special thank you to Brandi. Please see that she is recognized and rewarded for making this such a pleasant experience!!!

Perfect level of customer service- never pushy but always there when you need them and super friendly. Prices can’t be beat in the area!

There was a complete misunderstanding at first but the owner did an immaculate job in making a new and loyal customer. Their customer service is top of the line. Super friendly staff that won't make you feel like you're being preyed on by a car salesman. Their delivery guys were great too. The quality of the dresser and box spring brought to my apartment and assembled was in great condition and even better than what I received at Mors that cost 2x as much. They're amazing and I can't praise this store enough. I recommend them to everyone. :) This is my furniture store now.
