So far...so good!  I have to say that although our room is average, the hotel is amazing!  It is peaceful and relaxing.  I cannot ask for more.  We can truly relax here and enjoy some quiet time.  It is so nice to not have to listen to people being loud at night... 

The view is breathtaking and I’m shocked that our beds are soooooo comfortable!  That is so rare to find a comfortable bed.  The staff are helpful and kind.  The pools are wonderful.  Food is decent.

NOTE: if you cannot be around smoke for any reason, especially health related, this is a smoke free hotel.  Has an issue with someone smoking here and they handled it immediately!

I've stayed here many times. Large high ceiling rooms are nice. Remodeled lobby and lounge area are good for hanging out or working. The only negative is that the place is sprawling. It's quite a walk to get anywhere. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Beautiful grounds. Quiet, large rooms. Pools get crowded. More chairs taken by people not using the pool as a pool (just a place to lounge) which is unfortunate but still a great place.

OMG!  Lisa at the front desk totally took care of us.  I  have to admit I read a lot of reviews, and I’m a Hilton honors member and a very loyal customer. I read some reviews that made me kind of question this particular resort. When I expressed my concerns to the hotel not only did they reassure me but I got a beautiful room!  it’s spotless, spacious and bright!  The resort is naturalists best friends!  I just want to say to the other people that reviewed this hotel in any negative way that they are not right. This is a beautiful!

Fun place for families. Loved the pool, the kids spent all day playing in the water. We had a room on the second floor around the back and it was clean and roomy. Especially loved the balcony while watching sunrise and sunset.
