This is one of the nicest doctors offices I have ever been too.  The staff is all great and professional and the doctors are top notch.  If your looking for a great ENT / Allergist please come here for your treatments. I just moved from Chicago last year here and my allergies were killing me and one of the greatest people I have ever met Cristin in the allergy department has made me feel so much better.  She works directly under the doctor which is top notch as well.  Give these people a chance. You will not regret it.

AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE AND INCREDIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!! I have been bringing my son to this office for several months to see Dr Saeks and Dr. Lee. The professionalism and bedside manner of the entire staff of this office was beyond words! From the minute Dr. Saeks ordered allergy testing for my son, who's 8 years old he was immediately put at ease by the allergy nurse, Cristin. She explained everything to us in detail and took her time to explain things to my son so he wasn't afraid. (she even made a "real" caterpillar out of the test device to make him comfortable) who takes the time to be compassionate like that anymore?The day I brought him in for testing he didn't blink an eye and wasn't nervous at all! He has been seeing his nurse Cristin for allergy shots weekly since then and we couldn't be any happier with her! We are so grateful to her! Not only is she amazing but Dr. Saek's nurse Sindy is just as great! she and Dr. Lee's MA Pam are hands down 10/10! Words can't express the gratitude that my wife and I have for the nurses at this office! I will consistently tell everyone I know to come here!

Dangerous testing practices and no communication.

I'm 30. I've gone through complex allergy testing twice in my life so far and this will be the third time. I was expecting a skin prick test. I went into their 3000mpd office, since Saeks wouldn't be in the Westchase office during my appointment, with $24 in my wallet expecting the typical skin prick test.
(I'm not complaining about the sudden change in locations. it happens.)

Then I was told it'd be over $300 out of pocket for complex testing. I go ok, came all this way from home might as well do the simple testing which my insurance covers while I'm here. Then found out there are injections involved. These injections can not only cause anaphylaxis, there are going to be over 40 of them and *IF* you get hives from any one of them the test is going to be useless because they can't tell what's causing it. 

I'm shocked that they didn't tell me ANY of this at my first appointment when the testing was set up. I don't only have food allergies (oat and coconut make me look like a pink Dalmatian with head to toe hives and I'm carrying an epi-pen) I also have been diagnosed with mast cell disease, which has my histamine levels so high I have no appetite and drowsiness. So I personally decided not to do this testing, erring on the side of caution. That's on me. 

But not telling me about this as soon as testing was set up in the office so I could save myself a week of being off my medications which made my stomach worse and wasting an entire day going to their other location is all on them and *that* I am appalled at. 

I'll personally be looking for another allergist that has safer practices and better communication. My advice is make sure you know what you're going in for and what exactly to expect before you make an appointment.

Not pleased! Waited a hour and when I waa seen the doctor suggested nose spray and ended up needing a antibiotic. This place is a joke!
