This is a doozy! Thought owner was going to be great. Was going to work on the down payment to make sure we got the trailer. We paid it off before pickup however and Owner had argument about inspection issues that weren't done when picking up the trailer. Great customer satisfaction right there. How can you say you tested the generator and the fuel pump if there is no gas in it and spider webs in the pump???? We don't even know if we have a running generator now! UGH!! If you live out of area don't bother going there, it will be several trips and weeks before you get your rig. Everything is done ass backwards here. Here is their process: 1.) Pick out the trailer you want: easy part 2.) Get financing hopefully in 1st trip if not you are making several more trips to sign papers etc. 3.) Make appt for said vehicle to get inspection done (weeks out) (which should have been done before selling it so new owner knows what needs to be fixed and if they want to proceed with buying it.) pick up times are 10:30, 1:30 or 3:30 all inconvenient times for us living all the way across the state. 4.) Make sure inspection list is actually done. If everything is tested. Bring gas so they can test the generator or consider it not done. Things we noticed on walk thru the first time looking at it were even missed. 5.) If the things that are wrong with it are not working well you are stuck paying for time and labor if you want it fixed. We were not able to take our own truck to hook it up. They took the truck and hooked it up (you can not even watch this being done) this was a 40 min process alone. And then there was still an hour and a half walk through after that. Communication was TERRIBLE and very 1 sided. Unanswered phone calls and emails etc. I will never go back or ever recommend people to go there, ever. They say they are doing you favors on the inspections that YOU ARE PAYING FOR!!!!! WE almost left the trailer there after all this hassle. This review is on the nice side of what needs to be said so take that into consideration as well!!! DO NOT GO THERE!

Linda and I left our 2015 Fifth wheel on consignment with Raymond and his team. I remember Raymond holding his head when we mentioned it was 40' but it was immaculate with an incredible floor plan. Raymond was excellent in his handling of the consignment, honest, forthright and completely upfront, all the way to the sale and handling of payoff and all other details. The professionalism of service and trustworthiness of Raymond we will always remember with gratitude.
