My husband and I had such a pleasant experience at this dealership. They were so friendly and not pushy at all! They were easy to work with and even after we signed all the paperwork, still worked to make sure our experience was perfect. We would highly recommend this dealership to any interested in buying.

We came in for an oil change, car wash and get the cab vacuumed. Glad they did the oil. The car wash was terrible. Wheel wells were still caked with mud. Nothing on the inside was cleaned. Bellingham Volkswagen will charge for oil and vacuum the inside for free. We walked into Burlington Volkswagen thought we'd only have to pay $65, instead charged almost $300 for service. What a rip off for the service we got. Will not be going to Burlington Volkswagen again and will continue to go Bellingham Volkswagen

We bought a new Volkswagen Golf SportWagen Alltrack from Karmart. The two salesmen - Tyler Plott and Doug Sigman - were exceptionally knowledgeable and not pushy. They provided us with detailed answers to all our questions. Shaune Pilcher and the entire crew went above and beyond for us. We look forward to working with them for many years. Thank you!

I've only been in for an oil change once but the customer service was awesome! They were friendly and made sure to get me the best deal and quick service. The waiting area has coffee, snacks, hot cocoa, and free wifi!
