We were able to purchase our first new car ever credit was not good and they still made it happen granted 17% interest but way better than any mom-and-pop in-house financing at 29.9% interest. I work with Kayla and Adam and they got us into a brand new 2017 Jeep Renegade big shout-out to Susan the manager for financing she made s*** happen don't be afraid to go down there and talk to them they were all very kind and did their best to help us out

Horrible horrible horrible! They switched prices on me after saying they would take off 3k + comes with warranty which was a LIE. Shady old way of switching numbers, makes you give an initial for the numbers you both agree on but changed it on papers! DO NOT SHOP THERE. GO TO SOMEWHERE THAT DOESN'T HAVE A TWO STAR ON GOOGLE. Its a museum for a reason instead of buying the 16k list priced car for 13k and free warranty with 2k down We now owe 19k on it after 8 months??!?!?!!?! Yeah so much for free warranty which costed 4k

My husband only looking around today. Found a 2011 Camery he was possibly interested in. It was out of our price range. The saleguy told my husband he could sell it for $5k when it was listed for $11k. The guy was pushy. My husband told him he "can't make any decisions without talking to my wife first." The guy told him he should just buy it without talking to me. That is not how our marriage works. We make all decisions together as a team. Totally put my husband off and he drove away. The saleguy was a liar and completely disrespected my husband. Never will we buy a car from here.

Went in just to look for a possible car. I didn't want to buy one and my price range was under $6,000. The only cars we were shown were all over $11,000. We kept telling them we didn't want to buy a car yet they were trying to change our mind so we could drive off with a car. We told them about 20 times we were only looking for a car yet they never understood what "looking" meant. I am never going back there in my life. After we left we went to Auto Track in Mount Vernon and we found a car we fell in love with and the salesperson didn't try and push us into a car we couldn't afford
