Bought my Jeep Cherokee here a year ago & I love it. The service was great too, Trina made sure I got what I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Took my Jeep back for an oil change today, they were nice and quick.

This place is a joke. We had a great deal then the "so called tops salesman comes in says that he would give my husband $15 a month if he comes by the dealership " so that we would take the payment for $466 a month instead of $450! He made us feel like we couldn't afford it! We told them That we had a wedding in the planning and the kids to take care of! So rude !

I had to have holes drilled in my front bumper for license plate and the service dept was very accommodating. They let me bring the truck in at any time, no appointment necessary, and they would put it on. I really appreciate that since I live out of town. Thanks karmart service dept, and thank you Hunter for doing a great job.

I had taken my car in to get some rocker arm assembly replaced in my engine (I knew that was the issue) so I asked for an estimate on the fix. I paid 1600 after tax which is fine. But. The day I dropped it off to have it looked at was at 9 am. They called me at 440 saying what all was wrong with it. After they told me a plethora of things that needed to be fixed. I said I was coming to get my car. And I heard a silence.. followed by: your car is in pieces. So I said, well put it back together and they said their mechanics left. So they left my car in pieces. I was mad about that so I went down there to talk to a manager and they told me I couldn't have my car back until Monday (dropped off on a friday) which I was NOT okay with. I spoke to the service manager and he told me we could rent a car (on our dime) absolutely not! Finally I got them to loan me a brand new jeep. They told me the parts wouldn't be in till weds (5 days after I brought it in). Finally I got my car back after the 5 days and then was going to run errands and my car would not go over 50 mph and a bunch of lights lit up on my dash.. I took it over there to have hem fix it. I dropped it off at 9 am. Told them I wanted it back that same day. I called them at 4 pm and they said the mechanic hadn't even looked at it yet. So they had to have it a while other day after I had paid $1600 the day before. Finally they said the mechanic pinched some wires and a gasket. Pretty professional. I told them I wasn't paying a cent more to have their people fix things they messed up in fixing my car. Complete ridiculousness. I will never ever go to the dealer again to have my car fixed. No one communicates with anyone there. Very disappointed in the fact I paid 1600 for the fix and had to take my car back another day after they had it for 5 days.

Service department disconnected unrelated after-market wiring to a toggle-switch enabled horn, and my fusebox, and left me with NO stock horn, then said it was "like that" when i came in, spoke to me in a way that made me feel like they didn't think I knew what I was tallinn about since I'm a girl, and refused to take responsibility. Even though my wiring to the toggle switch was completely different. Offered to "tow it in" and look at it, but then said they would charge for the tow (once denying again) if they were responsible. UPDATED: After a bit of escalation, Caleb talked to me with professionalism and grace and handled the situation satisfactorily. I feel lucky that I was able to have my situation handled by Caleb.
