My husband and i got a Malibu from i-5 Autos today and we couldn't be happier. By far the best experience we've ever had buying a car. The staff is incredibly friendly and will do everything in their power to help you out. Our sales person (Mike) helped us find some cars we'd be interested in within our price range, he didn't push cars outside our range like most dealerships tend to do. We picked a car we really liked and after some paperwork it didn't seem to work out so he quickly got us into another car for a test drive. When we got back Duane (the awesome finance guy) got to work and did everything he could so we would be able to take the car home for the price we asked for and he delivered. At the end of the day we left with the car we are in love with and its all thanks to the amazing team at i-5 Autos. If you're looking to buy a used car i HIGHLY recommend going through i-5 Autos you will not regret it.

Mike and Trina were incredible sales people to work with! They provided all the information we needed to make a great decision without any pressure or drama. Lots of great trucks to choose from too. It's the kind of place I felt comfortable enough I'll drop back by and say 'hi' while the oil gets changed using their free one-year service plan. Kyle and Bill made the finance and paperwork process just as drama-free as the sales process. They shot straight and we reached fair deal in the shortest time I've ever experienced. By all means make this your first stop when looking for your next car.

The guys at 1-5 autos are awesome. Mike really went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect vehicle for our family. He made sure I test drove and liked what I was buying. The finance guys worked their magic and got us a great payment. Again thank you mike for taking the time to help us.

Decided to pop into the lot at I-5 yesterday to look at a few trucks and we immediately felt comfortable with Duane and Trina. They were NOT pushy whatsoever and helped us find the perfect truck for our family. They gave us a great deal on our trade in and we walked out with a great truck! Thanks so much I5! I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

I downgraded to an older car, but I upgraded to a larger sized vehicle. Was looking for a smaller SUV but turned out to fall for a jeep suv. I sold my 15 Civic to I-5 auto, but it wasn't an easy trade for me. They spent about 3 days in person with me since I lived an hour away. We looked at about 6 different cars we drove about 2-3. Prior to my experience with 1-5 autos I talked with 35+ dealers spread out from 15-20 different dealerships from north Seattle all the way to Bellingham. I was most pleased with reviews of I-5 autos and that's why my husband and I even debated walking onto their lot and brother/sister company Toyota across the street. Trina at 1-5 autos felt like a family member throughout the whole experience. She was honest and not pushy at all. On her days off, I worked with Mike who really felt like an uncle to me, I was interested in the jeep but guarded, he then continued to show me his own personal vehicle, all my questions, through message, were answered late and early. Very pleased with this company. Fairly priced and will give you a fair price for your trade in as well.
