Story

Dreamscaping was created in March of 1989 as a complete lawn and landscaping service. Our purpose was and still is finding the absolute best solutions for our customers, friends, family, employees and our planet. Through cutting edge technologies and in our relentless search for all the best products and materials to accomplish each task, we have grown into the source for all your Home Resort Solutions!
November of 1990 we started providing snow removal and ice control to communities within about ten miles from our location. This service continues today.
In 1994 we purchased our six acre property in Grafton, Ohio and set out for our next task of General Contracting. The equipment we had already purchased for our landscaping construction business was a good fit for this expansion. We constructed our main warehouse, office and what became our retail store in 1998.
Dreamscaping Nursery and Enhancement Center expanded with an addition to the main warehouse. Greenhouses were built for plant production and over wintering of nursery stock.
Bulk material bins were built and we have been educating the do it yourselfer ever since. Many brown and black thumbs have turned green since then, along with giving our customers trade secrets on retaining walls, paver patios and planting techniques to provide fail proof results.
The millennium arrived and swimming pools, spas, saunas, fog systems, outdoor kitchens, fire pits brought the next phase: Home Resort Solutions! Providing the best installation and care techniques through our involvement of standards set forth by The Association of Pool and Spa Professional we lead the field applying that knowledge to our installations and training of others. If you have a pool or hot tub you have to know about the way to get you out of chlorine and bromine. Ecomarte Systems for ionizing copper into an element of the water can get you into swimming in bottled water. Waters Choice is the other product. This is a natural biological enzyme you add to your water to swim in water similar to a mountain spring. Since our skin is our largest organ it should be considered when making choices for maintaining water chemistry safely.
The final pieces are still evolving. Two years ago we teamed up with Huggett Sod Farms from Michigan. Sod is ordered from many other landscapers, contractors, and home owners in Northern Ohio through our store. We also have fresh Kentucky Bluegrass Sod ready for pick up from mid April until the snow flies. Contractors receive wholesale pricing on all of our products and we are beginning training sessions from time to time on our more technical product installations.
2013 brought about our introduction of Holganix.
Holganix is a biological mixture for all plant materials from lawns, trees, shrubs, to organic gardens and house plants. We have a 200 gallon tank at our facility that maintains the many biological bacteria at 42 degrees to keep the material fresh and the fungi alive. This product actually rebuilds the main problem we face: poor soil conditions. It makes soil drain better when it is wet and helps to hold and gather moisture through the humidity in the air when conditions are dry. To see the many benefits of Holganix go to www.holganix.com. Reducing the amount of fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides is important for our planet and our future.

We are also a state licensed Exterminator and Wood Destroying Insect Inspector. We are now solving those issues for our communities as well and implementing that knowledge into our construction techniques.
